How Do You Apply? The easiest way to apply is online! Simply click the “Apply to…” button for any property you’re interested in. This is the fastest and preferred way to be added to a property’s waitlist.
If you already have a Pronto Housing account, you must use the EXACT SAME name, email & phone number. You cannot sign up with the same email or phone number but a different name.

Include a self-addressed envelope so a confirmation is sent back to you.
If you want to apply to more than one property, you must clearly write the name of each property on the application.
What Happens After You Submit Your Application?
Applications are recorded in the order they are received.
If you appear to meet the basic eligibility requirements, you will be contacted to provide documents that verify:
Household size
Identity of all household members
Household income
